Eniris

For residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-Scale Installations

Unified Platform for PV and Battery Systems

A white-label portal for monitoring solar installations, battery systems, and energy meters.

Completely brand-independent

+180 Integrations

With SmartgridX, you have access to an overarching portal for monitoring and managing solar installations, battery systems, and energy meters.

SmartgridX supports brand-independent monitoring with more than 100 integrations.

Inverters such as SMA, Fronius, SolarEdge, Huawei, Enphase, Delta, GoodWe, and many others can be seamlessly connected to the platform without requiring additional hardware, such as loggers (e.g., Solar Log or inverter-specific loggers).

This is achieved by utilizing APIs from the respective platforms.

In addition to visualizing and storing measurement data, the platform enables technical, maintenance, and financial analyses, offering a complete solution for energy monitoring and management.

1.

One central platform

From the smallest residential installation to the largest solar parks

At a glance

An overview of the key performance metrics for all your solar installations and battery systems:

  • Performance Ratio (PR), Yield, Uptime/Downtime
  • Number of inverters, strings, and optimizers: active, defective, or offline
  • Energy metrics: consumption, production, normalized values, and simulations
  • Curtailment
  • Irradiance
  • Theoretical yield
  • Voltage and current per string

Easily manage thousands of residential installations, even when involving different inverter brands, just as many other O&M companies have already done.

Provide a professional business dashboard for companies, enabling them to view their individual or multiple installations. Effortlessly integrate data from metering companies or display other assets such as batteries and charging infrastructure.

Gestion des Alarmes

Via email, SMS, and PDF

Manufacturer Alarms & Custom Alarms

Set custom alarm thresholds independently of the underlying control systems.

  • Centralized registration and processing of alarms.
  • Assign priority levels to each alarm.
  • Forward alarms via email, pop-up notifications (optional), or SMS (optional).
  • Integrate seamlessly with your back-office or digital work order systems.

An alarm report is an essential tool for managing your systems.

The report operates based on predefined thresholds for connectivity, performance ratio (PR), yield, and energy production.

Receiving real-time alerts for deviations in performance ratio (PR) and yield is crucial for prompt response.

3.

Automated Reporting

For your client or your organization

Daily Report, Quarterly Report, Annual Report

Various reports are available for automatic generation at the individual plant or portfolio level:

  • Consumption Report
  • Production Report
  • Financial Reporting
  • Internal or External Reports
  • Group Reporting (combining multiple installations)

With numerous options, you can customize various aspects of your report, including chart types, data types, style, and formatting (such as your own logo, cover page, footer, and intermediary texts). You can also consolidate data from multiple installations into a single report.

Simplify your work with group reporting: save time and effort by avoiding the need to manually create individual reports for hundreds of installations. Opt for group reports with an automatic delivery feature.

4.

Essential Analyses

Whether it’s a quick visual check or a detailed comparison, SmartgridX provides you with the tools you need:

  • Compare sensors, energy meters, inverters, strings, and more.
  • Access diverse visualizations, including heatmaps, pie charts, bar charts, and more.

5.

Meteorological Data

Access real-time temperature data, irradiation data, and production forecasts:

  • Ensures accurate calculation of the Performance Ratio (PR).
  • Provides consumption forecasts based on temperature predictions.

6.

Your Customer Portal

Build lasting customer relationships with a professional portal featuring your logo:

  • Simple user management
  • Multi-level user access
  • Customer profiles
  • Access various measurement systems from a single portal
  • Full access to all consumption reports and financial analyses

7.

Personalized Dashboard

The platform is fully tailored to your branding and seamlessly integrates into your ecosystem:

  • Your own logos
  • Accessible via your custom URL
  • Color scheme aligned with your brand identity

8.

Narrowcasting – A Public Display Screen

Infographics make production figures visually engaging on large screens, displaying real-time performance metrics such as:

  • CO2 Reduction
  • Savings Achieved
  • Current Production
  • And more…

SmartgridOne

If inverters lack an online platform or functionality for data export, data can be read via Modbus using the Smartgrid One. This ensures online monitoring for brands that no longer offer cloud support.

Additionally, the controller serves as an Energy Management System (EMS), capable of integrating with price markets such as day-ahead and imbalance markets.

Curtailment for Residential and Large-Scale Installations

What is Curtailment?

Curtailment involves balancing energy supply and demand. During periods of excessive solar or wind energy generation, where production exceeds demand, the energy grid can become unbalanced, leading to negative energy prices and costs for feeding energy back into the grid. To prevent this, producers of renewable energy, such as wind turbines and solar parks, can temporarily reduce their production.

The Role of Eniris

Eniris is a pioneer in applying curtailment, predicting energy production in real-time and implementing curtailment when necessary to avoid energy feed-in.

To achieve this, Eniris developed two products: Eniris Remote Curtailment and Smartgrid One.

  • Eniris Remote Curtailment: Allows you to curtail your installation without requiring additional hardware.
  • Smartgrid One: A device that not only enables curtailment but also reads energy meters and manages other energy technologies.

Edmij

The SmartgridOne Controller is equipped with an integration with Edmij, enabling the controller to sell your produced energy on the EPEX day-ahead market. Additionally, it manages the settlement of your personal energy imbalance.

Yuso Certified

Eniris successfully completed the certification process with Yuso to control battery systems and photovoltaic (PV) inverters. The controller responds to signals from Yuso, which are based on imbalance pricing.

Day Ahead

In addition to collaborating with aggregators, the Smartgrid Controller can also respond directly based on the day-ahead market. For this purpose, we integrate with the EPEX spot market, which provides energy prices for various European countries.

Use cases

Floating Solar

Floating Solar, a specialist in delivering floating solar parks, optimizes the positioning of their solar islands to maximize energy yield. For integrated management of inverters, such as those from SMA, and data loggers like Solar Log, Floating Solar has chosen Eniris' Solar & Battery monitoring solutions. Additionally, they have implemented Eniris' alarm system for critical monitoring of the orientation of the solar islands.

Solar Assistance

Solar Assistance provides a 24/7 monitoring service for residential and commercial solar energy installations, including compensation for production losses caused by disruptions. To achieve this, Solar Assistance established a critical monitoring infrastructure in collaboration with Eniris. Their customers gain access to a dedicated portal and receive automated reports on the performance of their installations.

Beauvent

In 2019, Eniris partnered with Beauvent, a cooperative company specializing in renewable energy. This collaboration led to the development of an advanced monitoring portal, focused on enhanced reporting for Beauvent's solar energy installations.

The Schoenmakers Group

DSG is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, specifically catering to the large-scale business market. Their expertise in solar projects is further enhanced through their collaboration with Eniris. Eniris plays a vital role for DSG by not only monitoring their solar energy assets but also managing the integration with the EPEX SPOT market and the imbalance market.

Eco-Tronic

For Eco-Tronic, Eniris has white-labeled the SmartGrid under the name 'Slimmie.' This innovative controller plays a crucial role in managing various inverters and battery systems, seamlessly integrating them with dynamic energy pricing.
